Terms & Conditions for Street Links

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Street Links, a service operated by Tunespeak, LLC ("we," "our," or "us").
By using Street Links, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You may use Street Links only if you meet the minimum age requirement:
- 13 or older in the United States and United Kingdom
- 16 or older elsewhere
Street Links is available worldwide.
2. Overview of the Service
Street Links allows profile managers to ask fans to share content with their friends. Once a fan meets a referral goal, they unlock exclusive one-way messages from the profile organizer.
- Only profile managers may create content and messages.
- Fans cannot reply or post content.
- Messages may include text, links, images, audio, or video.
3. User Conduct & Referral Sharing
To maintain a fair and respectful community, users must not:
- Spam or excessively post referral links
- Use bots, fake accounts, or deceptive means to generate clicks
- Mislead others when sharing a referral link
- Interfere with or disrupt the service
Violating these rules may result in account suspension or termination.
4. Content Rights & Responsibility
- Profile managers retain ownership of all media they submit.
- By submitting content, they confirm they own or have rights to share it.
- We do not claim ownership or reuse rights to any uploaded profile organizer content.
5. Data Handling Responsibilities
Profile managers may access and export user engagement data for their Street Links, including contact information and participation metrics. By using this functionality, profile managers agree to:
- Use exported data only for legitimate business purposes related to their Street Link campaigns
- Comply with all applicable privacy laws and regulations
- Respect users' marketing consent preferences
- Implement appropriate security measures to protect exported data
- Delete or anonymize data when no longer needed for the stated purposes
Profile managers are solely responsible for their use of exported user data and must ensure compliance with applicable data protection laws in their jurisdiction.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to:
- Terminate or suspend any account at our sole discretion
- Terminate accounts for violating these Terms or applicable law
7. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, United States.
Any disputes will be handled in the simplest legal manner allowed under Missouri law. We encourage users to contact us at support@streetlinks.co before pursuing any formal resolution.
