Promoter Agreement for Street Links
Effective Date: September 17, 2025
This Promoter Agreement ("Agreement") is a binding contract between you ("Promoter") and Tunespeak, LLC ("Street Links," "we," "our," or "us"). This Agreement governs your use of Street Links as a profile manager or promoter.
By creating a Street Links profile or campaign, you agree to this Agreement in addition to our general Terms & Conditions.
1. Promoter Responsibility
You are solely responsible for any promotions, campaigns, sweepstakes, contests, prizes, rewards, offers, or promises made to fans or customers in connection with your use of Street Links.
2. Compliance With Laws
You are responsible for ensuring that all promotions comply with applicable laws, rules, and regulations, including but not limited to:
- Sweepstakes and contest laws
- Consumer protection laws
- Tax laws and reporting requirements
- Advertising and marketing regulations
- Data protection and privacy laws
3. No Street Links Liability
Street Links does not sponsor, administer, endorse, or guarantee any promotion, prize, reward, or promise made by you. Street Links is not responsible for:
- Fulfillment or delivery of prizes or rewards
- Quality or legality of any offerings
- Accuracy of promotional claims
- Any disputes between you and your fans or customers
4. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Street Links, Tunespeak LLC, its owners, employees, agents, and partners from any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from:
- Your promotions, campaigns, or marketing activities
- Your failure to fulfill any promises, prizes, or rewards
- Your violation of any applicable laws or regulations
- Any content you create or distribute through the Platform
- Any dispute between you and your fans or customers
5. Content & Data Responsibility
As a Promoter, you:
- Retain ownership of all media you submit
- Confirm you own or have rights to share all submitted content
- Are solely responsible for your use of any exported user data
- Must comply with applicable data protection laws in your jurisdiction
6. Acknowledgment
By using Street Links as a Promoter, you confirm that you:
- Have read and understand this Agreement
- Accept full responsibility for your campaigns and promotions
- Release Street Links from all related liability
- Agree to the indemnification terms above
7. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your Promoter account at our sole discretion, including for violation of this Agreement, our Terms & Conditions, or applicable law.
8. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with Missouri law.
